     Agriculture has a big role to our country and planting is a very common activity for the some of us you can see different plants in every houses usually flowers and local plants that makes the place more beautiful but as of now, people slowly forgetting the value of planting their own especially having a garden full of healthy and nutritious plants like vegetables so this years nutrition month theme helps us to remember the importance of agriculture
 

     every month of july is celebrating the month of nutrition there are many activities pertaining to this event and there are many lessons we may learn in  celebrating nutrition month 2k18 theme for nutrition month is "UGALIING MAGTANIM SAPAT NA NUTRISYON AANIHIN" these theme is telling us that planting healthy foods in our garden would give us easy way of living because when you plant different nutritious food you could just harvest them any time you want or whenever you want this may reduce your expenses in your every day life planting vegetables in our garden can be our exercise and a hobby that can make us feel tired but satisfied and happy.

     planting may be find by other people hard or very hard but the truth is planting will be very easy if you just love what you were doing start having a garden full of healthy vegetables and foods so that your life will be healthy and good forever..

A Better Country

Dear Mr. President,

     I'm writing this letter to let you know Mr. President that i'm part happy and a little bit of dissapointed on your run as President and the way you talk to the media and to the press conference but some  of your actions are inspiring and great like the war against drugs which is very effective because the number of drug users in our country decrease and most of the bad persons are afraid of you that's why also the criminals are scared of you also that decreases the crime rate in our country, but i'm sad that some people are innocent but getting killed because some of the people use this chance like vigilantes and other, they have put justice on their hand they are using power to kill innocent people and people that are set upped but does not really do drugs. I believe that all people deserve a second chance and also their lifestyle.

     

     I'm John a citizen of the Philippines i may suggest Mr. President that you also focus on poverty because most of our citizen are very poor a citizen is a symbol also of a country or it represents it and the wealth of a country is on the citizens, what if the people are poor it can also represents that are country is poor we need to support their daily need because most of them cannot attain or have their daily needs on your run as President you have done a lot to help us keep up the good work and inspire many people THANK YOU..

Philippine Independence

     Independence day in Philippines is one of the the most significant date in Philippine history because this is the mark of the nations independence and freedom from the Spanish hands on June 12,1898 the flag of the Philippines has many colors and every each of them has a meaning the red color represents Patriosm and Valor the blue represents Peace, Truth and Justice the white triangle symbolizes Equality and Brotherhood and the three stars represents the three main island of the Philippines the Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao

     The day is spent with family bonding with friends or other relatives and in either indoor or outdoor activities all government offices and schools are suspended as required by the law of the flag of the Philippines in order to freely celebrate the nations freedoms anytime with families and friends this is one of the wonderful moment that happened to the Philippines and to its citizen

     Why do we celebrate Philippine Independence? we celebrate it because it is a part of our cultural activities or ritual but this one is a lot different from the others because this is the day we are freed from the hands of the "mananakops" or from the hand of the Spanish Empire Independence day is announced by Emilio Aguinaldo and he also swing the flag of the Philippines at the front of their house on June 12, 1898 in Kawit, Cavite
