it’s finally here. The day we’ve all been anticipating. After 13 years of earsplitting alarm clocks, uncomfortable desks and chairs, repulsive cafeteria lunches, looming finals and exams, missing mechanical pencils and invigorating group projects – it’s time for graduation.
Before you get caught up in the whirlwind of excitement and nervousness surrounding the big day, it’s good to take some time and reflect on the past four years of your life. After you walk across that stage in June, everything is going to change. Nothing will ever be the same… and that’s terrifying. A good reflection of high school ought to do you good. You’ll be reminded of how you got here, what you learned, and what experiences were most meaningful to you.
As another fellow graduating senior, here’s what these past four years of high school have taught me. Hopefully you can relate to some of these or be reminded of something else that’ll cause a smile or grimace to cross your face.

My Big Dreams
Everyone has some ambition or the other. As children we get fascinated by several things every now and then and aspire to achieve them as we grow. Some dreams and aspirations remain intact even as we grow and we work hard to achieve them. It is very important to have a dream/ goal in life as it is only when you aspire to achieve something you get motivated to work hard to bring it in your life.
Everyone has a career dream. As kids, I also dreamt of becoming a Doctor then as I grew I was fascinated by the Big Buildings and wanted to become an Engineer however it was only when I completed my highschool that I realised that I had a technical bent of mind and decided to get into Business Management. At the same time i want to be the richest man alive and help those people in need
There is no harm in dreaming big however choose your path wisely keeping in mind your potential and other aspects. Don’t set unrealistic career goals.

117th ISNHS Foundation Day
The foundation day of the highschool is one of the most awaited and the most fun event in school which we performed and crowned our new kings and queen and its also the one of the most important because this is the day we celebrate with our school
On March 1 and 2, it marks the 117th celebration of Foundation Day here in Ilocos Sur National High School. To me, nothing has changed much until we watched teachers dancing gracefully in the field. We also watched students from grade 7 to 12 doing their best dancing in the field getting the attention of viewers.
The program closes with acknowledgment of all the participants of the event and extending gratitude to the stakeholders of the school. Finally, everyone goes home saying goodbye to each other.

Kannawidan
Ilocos Sur has a rich heritage and unique culture that are to be preserved for the next generations because it is observed that many of these traditions, songs, dances and other Ilocano culture are not familiar to the younger generations already. Children of today are paying more attention to the modern and novelty dances they seen on the television than the traditional ones. There is also a need to evaluate the different products of the different municipalities and the agricultural products and livestock of the farmers and fisher folks. Because of this, the provincial government of Ilocos Sur conceived a festival that will highlight these culture and traditions and attract local and foreign tourists as well. They call it the KANNAWIDAN Ylocos Festival; it is also a time to commemorate the anniversary of Ilocos Sur as a province since it was separated on February 3, 1818
Kannawidan Festival, a week-long celebration that celebrates and preserves stunning culture, customs and tradition of Ilocanos. During this festival different activities I held. This activities includes different competitions such as quiz bee, essay writing, painting and many more.
So in this week long festival we must enjoy it and relive its culture that its sharing to us
CHANGE IS NORMAL
Changes is normal because when the time passes we grow up our body changes and so as our attitude changes are good and benefit other people but sometimes its the other way around
In my life, I have been exposed to a challenge called change. Change can occur in many different ways and is dealt with in many different ways. I have come to the awareness that change can be the deepest of all things. I always thought that change occurred when you moved to a state or when you lost someone real close to you. Those are a challenge to change, yes, but change doesn’t have to occur over a climactic incident. It can just appear overnight when your brain winds up when it’s time to do something different. Even with friends that you used to have and know that move on.
So we must conquer this challenges and accept it and move on this is just a learning so that we will be better and improved

New year New me
When the new year comes around it seems like the perfect time for self-improvement.Even though I’ve always failed my New Year’s resolutions, every year I promise myself that this time will be different. I’ve tried everything from being a vegetarian to starting my homework earlier to giving up Facebook. Each time after about a month (at most) I’ve given up. Why do I even bother? I don’t feel that bad when I break my resolutions but sometimes I wish I could do better.
2019 has come, another year another chapter of my life. Last year was cool but not too good because of the challenges I've been faced and experience that i know, will be continue in this year. I want to take this chapter of my life happy, lightly and peacefully. I'll make every seconds to be memorable with my friends, family and classmates as this serves as our last school year together. I'll value them, everyone and everything that come along, I'll show my love and care for others always
